PURPOSE:To make the valve opening timing of a secondary throttle valve settable at will, by installing a warm starting lever, an auto-cruise lever and a throttle lever, in a two-stage actuating mechanism for each throttle valve installed in plural suction passages. CONSTITUTION:In case of a two-stage actuating mechanism which installs each throttle valve in plural suction passage for an engine and opens a secondary throttle valve 5 in response to the opening actuation of a primary throttle valve 4, a warm starting lever 13, an auto-cruise lever 14, an interlocking lever 15 and a throttle valve lever 16 are all rotatably supported on a primary throttle valve shaft 6. These three levers push separate arms 8-10 and make the primary valve 4 rotate individually in a valve opening direction separately. And, those of auto-cruise and throttle valve levers push the interlocking lever 15 when the opening of the primary throttle valve is small in size whereby the secondary throttle valve 5 is made to rotate in its valve opening direction. |
