PURPOSE:To facilitate disinfection or washing, by providing a tubular body, which is attached to the outer wall of a breeding cage approximately vertically, providing a bottom part, which is coupled with the lower part of the tubular body and has an outlet port, and providing a lid, which is coupled with the upper part of said tubular body. CONSTITUTION:A measuring apparatus has a breeding cage 1, in which experimental animal is accommodated, and a tubular body 2, which is supported by a supporting tool 3 and attached to the outer wall 1 vertically. The apparatus also has a bottom part 4, which is made of an elastic body such as heat resisting rubber and coupled with the lower part of the tubular body 2, and a lid 5, which is coupled with the upper part of the bottom part 4. An outlet port 6 is provided at an approximately central part of the bottom part 4. In this constitution, the tubular body 2, the lid 5, and the bottom part 4 are readily disassembled. When they are separately provided, water does not remain in the inside. Therefore, disinfection or washing by high-temperature vapor can be performed vary easily. |
