PURPOSE:To obtain adequate exposure with a camera having a multi-photometric circuit by measuring light with only the photometric circuit in the central region when a member for operating stopping-down is in the stopping-down position. CONSTITUTION:When a stopping-down switch SW1 is turned on by a lever operation, a change-over circuit A4 interrupts a multi-photometric output P6 and feeds the photometric output P5, of the photodiode SPD5 disposed in the central part of a photodetecting part 9 to an arithmetic circuit A8. The output P5' in this stage, is the photometric output based on the light when a diaphragm is already stopped down to the prescribed aperture value and therefore there is no need for adding the information on the aperture value in the circuit A8. A shutter speed value P9 is determined and outputted in accordance with the output P5' from the photodiode SPD5 and the film sensitivity value P8 of the 3rd information setting circuit A7 in the circuit A8. |
