PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization of a device by the constitution, wherein a spindle, which is suspended from the upper part of a main body, is linked to a counter balance part, which cancels the gravity that acts on the spindle and a screw gage. CONSTITUTION:A spindle driving part is provided at the upper part of the main body of a tapered-screw checking device. A spindle 3 and a guide 4 are suspended from this part. A ball spline 31 is provided in the spindle 3. A counter balance part is linked to the upper end through a wire 31 and pulleys 32 and 33. The weights of the spindle and a screw gage are canceled by using the counter weight and an adjusting mechanism. The rotation of the spindle by a small servomotor is found. Movement in the axial direction is performed by a fluid pressure cylinder. Thus the device can be made compact. |
