PURPOSE:To simultaneously form two coils by rocking nozzle heads which slide oppositely at the opposed top corners equally divided by the number of slots by a stepping motor to reciprocate a nozzle in the slot. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 of a thin stepping motor is detachably mounted on a collet 2, and moved elevationally and laterally by a cylinder 3 and suitable rocking means 4 under the collet 2 to operate an elliptical motion. Nozzle heads 7, 8 have nozzles 9, 10 under the heads, and mounted to pass a hollow unit C of a core of the stator 1. A drive source M is composed of a stepping motor to energize a ball screw 11, to move forward and backward guide shafts 12, 13 to elevationally move the heads 7, 8 while maintaining the prescribed opposed top corners. The shaft 13 is elastically driven by a rear spring SP and a rod R. The nozzles 9, 10 are interlocked with the heads 7, 8 to feed out a wire, to sequentially wind simultaneously the wire in the two slots, thereby simultaneously forming two coils. |
