发明名称 MECHANISM FOR ADJUSTING OPTICAL AXIS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a mechanism for ajusting optical axis which contributes to a reduction in cost with the simple mechanism thereof and permits easy adjusting operation by providing the constitution in which the optical axis is adjusted discretely ib orthogonal two directions. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 31 of the 1st mirror 3 is adequately turned around a parallel pin 34 by an adjusting jig to move adequately the position of the incident spot in an optical modulator 5 in parallel with the reference plane H0 of a housing and is fixed by a set-screw 33 in the case of adjusting the optical axis of a laser beam 1. A lens 51 is thereafter adequately moved perpendicularly by turning the set-screw 57 of the 1st spherical lens 4 to move perpendicularly the position of the incident spot in the modulator 5 and to set the same in a desired adequate spot position. The optical axis in the two horizontal and vertical directions is thus adjusted respectively discretely in two stages, by which the operation for adjusting the optical axis is made easy.
