PURPOSE:To uniformly pack cement mortar into the downside of a washer without any aperture as well as shorten the period of operations by providing a vertical through hole and a side through hole passing from the inner wall of the vertical through hole to the upside of a cross beam in the cross beam as the base of a structure. CONSTITUTION:A cross beam 2 as the base of a structure is inserted into an anchor bolt 8 buried in the concrete foundation 7, and a washer 16 is fitted on the bolt 8 and clamped with a nut 17. Cement mortar is charged by a charging gun into the side through hole 10 passing the inner wall of a vertical through hole 9 provided in the cross beam 2 and packed into the whole spaces of the through hole 9 and the side through hole 10. The cement mortar is hardened to strongly fix the cross beam 2 to the anchor bolt 8 of the concrete foundation 7. |
