PURPOSE:To make a pouring machine compact and to enable reduction in discharging time by providing a discharging port on the counter pouring port side at approximately the tilting axial center of a sectorial ladle and providing an upsetting cylinder which upsets slightly an upsetting frame to a stand. CONSTITUTION:A sectorial ladle 15 is freely tiltably provided to an upsetting frame 3 on a stand 1 and a discharge port 18 is provided on the counter pouring port side at approximately tilting axial center A of the ladle 15. The port 18 is opened in the position slightly higher than a pouring port 6 in the horizontal state and an upsetting cylinder 19 having the small stroke length enough to bring the port 18 slightly lower the port 6 is provided for upsetting a frame 3. The ladle 15 is then tilted by a tilting cylinder 20 upon receiving of a molten metal through a receiving port 7 to pour B the molten metal through the port 6 into a mold and after casting the cylinder 19 is slightly risen and the ladle 15 is tilted by the cylinder 20 to discharge C the remaining molten metal through the port 18. The pouring machine is thus made compact and the discharging time is reduced. |
