The invention relates to the transportation of goods purchased in a self-service shop, the goods being loaded into the basket 4 of a trolley with castors 2. In order to avoid the individual unloading of these goods at the check-out, a lateral wall of the basket is released, transverse slides 9 to 14 are provided on this basket and containers for receiving the goods are mounted on these slides, the containers being transparent, shallow and removable by means of simple lateral sliding. These containers are retained by the purchasers and their contents are emptied out only when the purchaser arrives home. <IMAGE>
