PURPOSE:To permit the stable cutting where chattering and vibration are reduced, by forming each horizontal cutting edge surface and an inclined surface on the outer and the inner cutting baldes and reducing the cutting load. CONSTITUTION:In a cutting edge part 21, outer cutting blades 25 and inner cutting blades 27 are formed alternately. Said outer cutting blade 25 has a horizontal cutting edge surface 29a in the outer half in the radial direction and an inclined surface 29b directed inwardly in the inner half part. Similarly, the inner cutting blade 27 has a horizontal cutting edge surface 31a and an inclined surface. These cutting edge surfaces 29a and 31a take each share of cutting range in the radial direction, and discharge chips 33 and 35. The centripetalism of the cutting tool can be improved by making equal each height of the outer cutting blade 25 and the inner cutting blade 27, and the generation of chattering and vibration during cutting is reduced. |
