PURPOSE:To prevent breaking, cracking and chipping from occurring, by connecting the swirl barrel polishing that rotates a rotary tank alone in keeping the axis of a barrel tank vertical to the rotary polishing that rotates the axis horizontal or being tilted otherwise. CONSTITUTION:A rotary tank 11 is rotated by a variable speed motor 20 in making the axis of a barrel tank 3 vertical. With this rotation, a mass of contents is pushed upward to an inner circumferential wall of a cylindrical tank 10 by dint of centrifugal force, then dropped in the central direction of the rotary tank 11 and circulated as in an arrow 25, thus swirl barrel polishing takes place. After the swirl barrel polishing is over as doing like this, the barrel tank 3 is turned round by a motor 7 fitted with a reduction gear and tilted within and without 30 deg. to both horizontal and vertical levels, rotating the barrel tank 3 together with the cylindrical tank 10 and the rotary tank 11 by a variable speed motor 16. With this rotation, the rotary barrel polishing takes place as well as removal of flushes and burrs is carried out. With this constitution, breaking, cracking and chipping are all preventable. |
