PURPOSE:To prevent reproduction error by identifying and rectifying a detected multi-value base band signal and applying logical processing and limit of output to the obtained reproducing signal and error signal so as to compensate the fluctuation in a DC drift component. CONSTITUTION:The multi-value base band signal 100 inputted to an identification and reproduction circuit becomes the 1st output 104' at a subtractor 81 while its DC voltage component is controlled by the 1st control voltage 102'. The 1st output 104' is rectified by a full-wave rectifier 5, controlled by the 2nd control voltage 103' at a subtractor 82 and becomes the 2nd output 105'. Then the 1st and 2nd outputs 104', 105' are binary-coded by A/D converters 6, 7 and outputted as an error signal X1 and a binary digital signal X2 and become the 1st and 2nd control voltage via a control circuit 9 and limiters 10a, 10b. |
