PURPOSE:To obtain a raw cosmetic not requiring addition of a germicide and an antiseptic, by packing cosmetic in a small volume in an amount usable about several times into a small container, sterilizing the cosmetic together with the container by heating under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:Cosmetic such as lotion, cream, makeup, an agent for removing them, preparation containing a colorant for the skin, etc. in a small volume in an amount usable several times, about once or twice is packed into a small container with about 5-20ml, and it is sterilized by heating the cosmetic and the container at 60-75 deg.C for 10min, preferably 10-90min, to give raw cosmetic not requiring a germicide and an antiseptic. Two major problems in the well- known method are simultaneously solved by this method, namely, a problem in a measure to counter sterilization wherein high plant investment and maintenance cost are required and operation efficiency is low in the preparation process, and problem in a measure to counter sterilization in the stage of use caused by addi tion of a large amount of chemicals such as germicide, etc. are solved. |
