PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet head capable of preventing air bubbles generated in an ink container from penetrating into an ink jet nozzle, by forming the interior of the ink container mounted to a carriage into a special structure. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is laminated to a vibration plate 2 and an ink flowline 43 is formed in the vicinity of a connected plate surface while an ink supply port 7 is connected to an ink container 9. An oblique partition part 8 inclined at 5 deg. or more is provided in the ink container 9 to divide the interior of the ink container 9 into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. A connecting hole 14 communicated with the upper liquid chamber 15 is provided to the uppermost part of the oblique partition plate 8. A filter 43 is provided to the deep place of the ink supply port 7 and a filter post-chamber 46 having a depth three times or less that of the ink flowline 44 between the base 1 and the vibration plate 2. |
