PURPOSE:To obtain an injection molder whose structure is simple and that is excellent in efficiency for plasticizing a molding material, by connecting a heating and melting cylinder having heaters around the outer circumferential surface thereof to a cylinder with a nozzle via an on-off valve, and injecting the molding material present in the cylinder by an injection plunger. CONSTITUTION:A lumpy molding material 18 loaded into a glass pipe 8 is heated and melted quickly by infrared ray lamps 9 and a reflective plate 25, then an on-off valve 12 is opened, and the melted raw material is injected by a feed plunger 15 into a heating cylinder 11. Then the on-off valve 12 is closed, and the melted raw material is injected by an injection plunger 20 into a mold. The molding materials 18 are arranged and supplied by a part feeder and each thereof is loaded by a feeder 19 into the glass pipe 8 to repeat the heating and melting. |
