PURPOSE:To reduce a status collecting time by grouping stations and transmitting a status collecting command in the unit of groups. CONSTITUTION:Plural stations are grouped in a transmission system where one controller 1 and plural stations 5a, 5b and 5c are connected by a transmission line and data are transmitted among the stations. The loop controller 1 designates a group address to a control slot so as to output the status collecting command. The station having the designated group address returns the status to a response slot and the loop controller 1 collects continuously the stauts of the group. The loop controller 1 designates the group address one after another and collects the status of all the stations. |
