PURPOSE:To enable to shake off drowsiness of a rider at the time of long period of driving on an express way, by working a varying device, making a physical quantity of discharge conditioning air vary, which will operate when a signal from a speed detecting device does not vary for a predetermined period of time. CONSTITUTION:As a signal from a speed detecting device 6 does not vary for a predetermined period of time under a simple operating state wherein a speed is not made to vary for the predetermined period of time, when the foregoing matter is detected by a control device 3, a motor 7 is turned positively or reversely timewise. Then a varying device 4 consisting of a link mechanism 8 and a movable vane 9 is driven, a discharge direction of conditioning air is made to vary timewise and stimulation is given to a driver, through which the driver is prevented from feeling sleepy. Even if not only discharge direction, but also in temperature, when a quantity of air and humidity are made to vary timewise independently or complexly, a similar effect is obtained. |
