PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tube that is low in surface resistance and generation of static electricity and good in lubricity, by introducing a tubular stock pipe into a molding pipe inner wall that has a diameter larger than the tubular stock pipe possesses an impressed pattern, heating and pressuring the stock pipe so that it is stretched and nearly brought in contact with the inner wall, and cooling the stretched pipe. CONSTITUTION:A tubular stock pipe 2 and a molding pipe 1 that has a diameter greater than the tubular stock pipe 2 and possesses an impressed pattern are prepared by extrusion, then the tubular stock pipe 2 is cut into a length, which is then inserted into the molding pipe 1, and the opposite ends thereof are secured by supports 3 and are closed. Then after heated air is blown from a cylinder 4 into a tubular stock pipe 2 so that it is stretched and heated to a suitable temperature, the pressure in the stock pipe 2 is increased so that the outer circumference of the tubular stock pipe 2 comes in contact with the inner wall of the molding pipe 1 and is stretched followed by cooling to obtain the intended tube. |
