The invention relates to automatic machines for laminating, cutting out, shaping and extending dough intended for the manufacture of croissants. A conveyor device with a synchronised belt makes it possible to roll previously cut-out triangles of dough into the shape of croissants. A conveyor belt 1 receives the triangles of dough cut out by a rotary cutter 2 and brings them onto an intermediate conveyor 4. According to the position of the base of the triangles, this conveyor turns in one direction or in the other. A third conveyor 5 takes up the triangles and routes them towards a laminating system 6.
