PURPOSE:To control the contamination degree of a resin, by forming a brightness signal by up and down movable brightness measuring means along a monitor window provided to the side wall of a treating tower extending to a longitudinal direction while forming a position signal by a position detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A transparent body 3a such as a glass body is inlaid with a monitor window 3 and a brightness measuring part 9 is arranged in opposed relation to the transparent body 3a so as to leave a gap from said transparent body 3a. The brightness measuring part 9 is driven by a lift means and moves up and down along the monitor window 3. A position detecting part 10 is secured to the measuring part 9 and integrally moves up and down along with the measuring part 9. A position graduation plate 11 is provided in front of the position detecting part 10 so as to extend along the monitor window 3a in a longitudinal direction and to leave a gap from said detecting part 10 and an upper limit detecting part 12 and a lower limit detecting part 13 are provided to the upper and lower end parts of the graduations plate 11. A brightness code forming part 14 is connected to the brightness measuring part 9 and a position code forming part 15 is connected to the position detecting part. |
