PURPOSE:To speed up operation and save labor by making a comparison between the last and current measured thickness values which are obtained successively by a thickness measuring instrument at numbers of fixed points nd calculating their difference, and printing it out on a printer device. CONSTITUTION:The thickness measuring instrument 2 measures the thickness of piping 1 and converts into an electric signal, which is further converted into a digital signal which can be inputted to a microcomputer 5. The latest measured thickness value stored previously in the computer 5 is compared with the current measured value to calculate their difference, and the printer device 8 prints out the latest and current measured thickness values and their difference. |
