PURPOSE:To constitute a break contact by transistors (TRs) by connecting a resistor between the base and collector of paired TRs of Darlington connection, grounding the emitter and applying a control signal to the base. CONSTITUTION:TRs 12, 13 are connected in the form of Darlington, the emitter of the TR13 is grounded and the collector connected in common is connected to a load 5. A resistor 14 is connected between the base and collector of the TR12 and an output of a TR driving circuit 7 is applied to the base. When the output of the TR drive circuit 7 is opened, a base current flows via the resistor 14 to turn off both the TRs 12, 13. When the output of the TR driving circuit 7 is grounded, the TRs 12, 13 are both turned off. Thus, the break contact is formed by TRs and miniaturization, low power consumption and high speed are attained. |
