This building is constructed from primary components which, formed by at least one girder A composed of at least two internally-stiffened longitudinal sections, are assembled, on the one hand together in order to constitute posts or stanchions 23, beams, edge girders 29, assembly rails 25, joists and any other component 46, and on the other hand with intermediate stiffeners 19 in order to constitute box-sections D1 for flooring, for walling 32 or other members, sheets or any other element of fabric which are lined or not with a thermal-insulation material, these components and elements of fabric being assembled together by nailing and/or adhesive bonding and by means of prismatic wedges 25 each forming an assembly key and penetrating half into indents 16 made in the walls opposite the elements to be assembled. <IMAGE>
