<p>PURPOSE:To discover defective early, and to reduce wasteful work by measuring resistance values every time each resistance element is trimmed completely, stopping a trimming when the resistance values extend outside a standard and starting the trimming of a resistance element in the next module. CONSTITUTION:A resistance element R1 in a moduel M1 is trimmed, and the resistance value of said resistance element is measured and an acceptable or a defective is decided. The next resistance element is started to be trimmed when the resistance value is kept within a standard, and the work is repeated until all resistance elements in the module M1 are trimmed completely. A module M2 is started and a resistance element R1 is trimmed similarly, and the resistance value of said resistance element is measured and an acceptable or a defective is decided. The next resistance element is started to be trimmed when the resistance value is kept within the standard, and work is repeated unitl all in the module M2 are completed. Resistance elements R1-Rn are trimmed and resistance values are measured regarding all modules up to a module Mn in the same manner, and acceptable or defective resistance elements are each decided.</p> |
