PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy and quality of a work in the stage of working successively the sample by gases in a continuous working device by communicating adjacent chambers with each other by duct constructions thereby preventing the flow of the gases. CONSTITUTION:A sample S is passed through a working device 1 by a conveying member 19 in a conveying mechanism 18 and is thereby worked. A clean gaseous atmosphere chamber 5 on an inlet side, the 1st reaction chamber 2, a separating chamber 4, the 2nd reaction chamber 3, and a cleaning gaseous atmosphere chamber 6 on an outlet side are provided to the device and gases C1, G1, I, G2, C2 are respectively supplied thereto. Duct constructions 41, 42, 43, 44 having the sectional area and shape to permit passage of the sample S and the member 19 are constituted of wall constructing parts 51, 52, 53, 54 between the chambers to prevent the inflow of the gases from the other chambers. A remarkable effect is thus obtd. without increasing the size of the device. |
