Universal, sterile, closed hose systems for artificial respiration, assisted breathing and aerosol therapy of patients

Universal, sterile, closed, disposable hose systems for artificial respiration, assisted breathing and aerosol therapy of patients are described, which can be produced as closed hollow bodies in a simple and inexpensive manner by extrusion blow-moulding and subsequent application of external reinforcements. By this means, reusable hose systems for patients can be replaced by disposable systems which are bacteriologically hygienic and simpler and safe to handle. The expensive systems which are currently available on the market and which are still manually assembled from individual parts and then specially packed and sterilised must be regarded as being technically obsolete in the same way as reusable patient systems.
