PURPOSE:To prevent any back flows of electricity from the battery of an electric razor or the like even when charging terminals become conductive with each other due to water or the like by opening and closing two switches in counter directions in attaching and detaching a charging adaptor to the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A chargable electric razor has a head provided with a blade 2 and a hoursing 1 which contains a motor 7, a storage battery 8, a charging circuit and the like; an operation switch 5 is installed on the surface of the body of the housing 1. In addition, the bottom of the razor is provided with terminal pins 31 and 40a. Owing to the above constitution, when a charging adaptor is attached to the terminal pins 31 and 40a, a lever 40 is moved upward by the upward movement of the terminal pin 40a, the battery 8 and the pin 40a contact with each other at a contact surface 40d and the switch 5 is opened by the operation of an insulating protruding piece 40c. As a result, any back-flow-preventing diode is unnecessary and any back flows which might be caused when the terminal pins 31 and 40a become conductive with each other due to water or the like can be prevented. |
