PURPOSE:To obtain an easy work of printing wire fitting part and its vicinity in case of a concentration is increased, by a method wherein a printing wire terminal unnecessitating fatigue strength so large as that at the end of a leaf spring is constituted with an auxiliary leaf spring stronger than the leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:A rear end tip of an auxiliary leaf spring 9b is extended to a position where a bending moment of a leaf spring 9 is almost zero value at the time of impact of the leaf spring 9 with an iron core 14, thereby alieviating the concentration of the stress on a part corresponding to a rear tip of an armature core 11 which is caused by a deflection of leaf spring, while preventing a breakage or the like of the leaf spring. Furthermore, because almost all of the required driving energy is stored in a leaf spring 9, a strong fatigue strength the same as that of a leaf spring 9 is not required for an auxiliary spring 9b, thus a thinner sheet is satisfactorily used for it. Accordingly, even in case of a punching space is reduced, by maintaining a ratio of space for a sheet thickness at a comparatively large value, a panching processing with a press or etching or the like will easily be carried out. |
