PURPOSE:To make possible high-speed parallelism of a pair of images in the sterevision picture iput device by calculating attitude rotation angle of two image pickup devices on right/left sides from the coordinate at the same point, and correcting the attitude. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate of a corresponding point at six places from a left camera picture 4 and a right camera picture 5 by a command of a controller 3. As for one attitude angle calculation circuit 7, an attitude angle of the right/ left cameras is calculated by a method of least square using the coordinate values of a position coordinate input device 6. As for a correction rotation angle register 8, a correction rotation angle calculated in the position coordinate input device 6 is latched, the attitude of three axes of the right camera is corrected by the command of the controller 3. If a correction is not sufficient, repeat the same process. |
