PURPOSE:To secure a transmitted telegram by storing it in a file on a receiving party as soon as receiving it so that the party can meet re-transmission requirement from a repeating node when the transmission party transmits the telegram to the receiving party through the repeating node. CONSTITUTION:As soon as the transmission party transmits the telegram A, it is stored in the telegram assurance file A of the transmission buffer BUF. When the repeating nodes 1 and 2, and receiving party receive the telegram A, they respond to the O. When the repeating node 2 receives this response, the recept confirmation signal is transmitted to the repeating node 1, which transmits the reception confirmation signal to the transmission party. When the transmission party receives this signal, it transmits the indication N1 which means the telegram A of the file F is of no effect. When the transmission party transmits the telegram B and transmission is imposible due to hindrance occurance in the space between the node 1 and node 2, the receiving party requires re-transmission. When this requirement is received by the transmission party, the stored telegram of the buffer F is written and hereafter the transmission and reception confirmation signal is transmitted to the receiving party as well as in the case of the telegram A. |
