PURPOSE:To make an image easily viewable by obtaining a timewise continuous stationary image, by providing a means for stopping rewriting and altering operations of the stationary image and a means for display the stationary image in such a state that the left and right parts of the image are rearranged so as to be bounded by the rewriting and altering place of the stationary image. CONSTITUTION:When an editing start switch 40 is turned ON in rearrangement, a rearrangement editing start order of new and old images 2a, 2b are imparted to CPU41. CPU41 operates according to a preformed program and performs the giving and receiving of a signal with a memory 32 and address counters 36, 37 to rearrange the data in the memory 32. When the rearrangement of the data is finished, new and old images 2a, 2b are rearranged in the picture 1 of a TV monitor 35 and a stationary image 2 timewise continued toward the right end side from the left end side of the picture 1, that is, successively renewed is displayed. Therefore, the image is made easily viewable and an image observing person is prevented from feeling dazzled. |
