<??>An ink production system as a modification of the dyestuff purification system contains a device for the production of a dyestuff solution, a treatment device for the treatment of the dyestuff solution, the treatment device scavenging inorganic ions contained in the dyestuff solution by means of carrying out an ion exchange separation, and an ink production section which prepares an ink using the purified dyestuff solution which has been discharged from the treatment device.
