PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of a void part by guiding and moving the volume transferring accompanied with the foaming of a foam by a baffle plate, while providing the baffle plate on the axis of the supporting member of a stay, etc. CONSTITUTION:The cavity portion where a pad part P is absent occurs easily at a corner part (a) near the rectangular end surface of an upstanding part A with a projecting stay S. Therefore, a rectangular baffle plate B is provided on the stem of the stay S correspondingly to the shape of the transverse section of said upstanding part A. The baffle plate B guides forcibly the foaming flow of foam material to the direction of the corner part. When the foaming flow of the foam material is forcibly moved to the direction of the corner part of the upstanding part A along the baffle plate B, the foaming gas with tendency of staying is moved by pushing and may be exhausted from a suitable bleeder, whereby the pad part P without defects may be molded. |
