发明名称 FORMATION OF WHITE DIFFUSION COATING FOR TUBLAR BULB
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a stable and homogeneous diffusion coating having an excellent phototransmissive rate by adding a specific amount of gamma-alumina to the suspension of white pigment and resin of a cellulose derivative system or synthetic resin while forming a white diffusion film inside a globe with suspension. CONSTITUTION:gamma-alumina is respectively added to suspension of white pigment such as calcium phosphate, high viscosity ethyl cellulose and n-butyl acetate and resin of cellulose delivative system or synthetic resin for being fully mixed and stirred. When, thereby, an amount of addition is less than 2wt% and the desired transmissive rate is to be attained, a homogeneous white diffusion film can not be obtained, while when 7wt% is exceeded, dispersion in a gamma-alumina solution is bad thus generating film unevenness so that 2-7wt% is fixed to be appropriate. Said suspension is used to be applied inside a glass globe for being dried to form the diffusion film. Thereby, the film surface having the extremely large film sticking intensity, stability, smoothness and homogeneousness can be simply obtained.
