The invention relates to a device, containing a radiating device and an operating-hours counter which is integrally connected to the one connecting cable of the radiating device and is connected to the other connecting cable via a conductor which is laid on the outer wall of the radiating device. In consequence, unauthorised switching off of the operating-hours counter is made considerably more difficult.
