PURPOSE:A marine fish-paste product having improved appearance like mass of animal meat, melting well in the mouth, having softness, by blending seasoned ground fish meat with minced animal meat in a given ratio to give a blend, aging it, gelatinizing it under heating. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. seasoned ground fish meat is blended with 10-40 pts.wt. animal meat minced by a chopper. The blend is packed into a casing or molded into a fixed shape. It is aged or aged and smoked simultaneously, and gelatinized under heating. This marine fish-paste product has a taste of animal meat heated in a half-raw way, and appearace of mass with a size sawed by a chopper, so-called feeling of mass of meat, has softness and taste with good melting in the mouth. |
