PURPOSE:To prevent cavity failure and improve the yield of products by a method wherein a foaming stock solution dispersing mechanism is provided on a pouring head to supply the foaming stock solution under dispersing it over the substantially whole range of skin material of a bottom force upon pouring the solution. CONSTITUTION:The dispersing mechanism 11 descends to open a delivery port 11b and, successively, a piston rod 12 is elevated through the guide groove 10b of the pouring head 10 to open a flowing hole 10c while the foaming stock solution 8 is delivered and supplied through the guide groove 10b, a gap 11c and the delivery port 11b. When the pouring head 10 is moved to the terminal side of a recess 2a and the pouring of the predetermined amount of foaming stock solution8 is finished, the pouring head 10 is elevated as a whole and a top force 3 is set on the bottom force 2 to form a molding space 4 while the foaming stock solution in the molding space 4 is expanded, whereby the product of expansion molding, which is integral with the skin material 6 and a core material 7, may be produced. |
