PURPOSE:To prepare a large amount of anti-m-GOT monoclonal antibody, by using a hybridoma cell strain obtained by fusing a lymphocyte producing anti-m- GOT antibody with a myeloma cell. CONSTITUTION:A lymphocyte of spleen of mouse previously immunized with anti-m-GOT is fused with a myeloma cell of mouse, to give hybridoma MATH-1 strain. This MATH-1 strain can be frozen and preserved permanently at <=-80 deg.C. The MATH-1 strain, for example, is cultivated in RPM1 or MEM containing 5-20vol% bovine fetal serum as a medium at about 37 deg.C in air containing about 5vol% carbon dioxide gas, to give anti-m-GOT monoclonal antibody. |
