PURPOSE:To obtain the composite having a good water dispersibility of powder and water resisting property, by jointly using each strong and weak basic higher fatty acid soap of main emulsifier, at the time of manufacturing the oil in water type powder dispersed emulsification composite. CONSTITUTION:Some quantity of strong base, such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, is added to weak base, such as triethanolamine, L-arginine, for preparing soap composite at the time of manufacturing the powder dispersed emulsification composite used emulsifier mainly composed of higher fatty acid soap and contained metal oxide powder. Thereupon, the oil in water type powder dispersed emulsification composite having a good water dispersibility of powder and water resisting property and also, high product stability, is obtained. |
