PURPOSE:To obtain stable heating capacity having good thermal efficiency by a method wherein the heats of waste household water, the sun and waste hot air are accumulated in a heat accumulating tank as the heat source of outdoor upon heating a room in a low atmospheric temperature to provide it to an outdoor water cooling type heat exchanger in accordance with the necessary load capacity of indoor. CONSTITUTION:In a room heating operation, when the outdoor heat source is short with respect to the necessary load capacity of indoor, the outdoor air heat exchanger 6 is switched to an outdoor water cooling type heat exchanger 10 by three-way changeover switches 8, 9 and first pump 13 is operated to flow water reserved in the heat accumulating tank 12 into the outdoor water cooling type heat exchanger 10 and effect heat exchange by a heat source obtained from the water. The household waste water 14 is collected to the heat accumulating tank 12, second pump 19 is operated to dissipate the heat obtained from solar energy and a waste heat fan 23 is operated to dissipate the heat of waste hot air 21 in the waste heat exchanger 22. When the temperatures of a collecter 17 and the waste hot air 21 are lower than a predetermined temperature, a heater 29 is operated. |
