<p>PURPOSE:To separate a high-quality oil component from an oil-containing material such as waste rubber, etc. easily with a simple apparatus, by placing a refining substance layer and a cooled collecting lid at the top of a carbonization chamber, and separating only the oil vapor having low boiling point as a refined oil. CONSTITUTION:The oil-containing chips 23 such as waste rubber are charged in the carbonization chamber 6, and a refining vessel 9 filled with a refining substance 24 such as coke, charcoal, etc. is placed above the chip. The chips 23 filled in the carbonization chamber 6 is heated with the heating burner 1, and thermally decomposed to obtain hydrocarbon gas, oil vapor and free carbon. The tar and heavy oil component are adsorbed to the refining substance 24 such as coke, etc., and the oil vapor is transferred through the oil-vapor chamber 15 to the collecting lid 15, and cooled, condensed and dropped to the surface of the refining substance 24 to cool the substance. Only the oil component having low boiling point is evaporated and the oil having high boiling point is liquefied and dropped into the carbonization chamber 6. The vapor of the low-boiling oil introduced into the oil-vapor chamber 15 is cooled with the cooler 17 and taken out of the chamber as the refined oil.</p> |
