PURPOSE:To previously prevent the generation of dangerous state such as reckless driving of a car by installing a means for compulsorily reducing the number of revolution of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 10 judges the generation of a trouble in an actuator 9 when the signal showing the variation of the opening degree is not transmitted from a throttle sensor 18 even after a release signal is received from a clutch switch 14 or a brake switch 15. Therefore, a signal is transmitted into an air flow sensor 20 for detecting the amount of air in the fuel injection system of an engine. Then, the signal of the sensor 20 is varied and the signal for reducing an intake air amount is sent into a computer 17 for controlling a fuel injection system, from the air flow sensor 20, so that the output of the engine is reduced. |
