PURPOSE:To attain surely the transmission of data between two communication lines by a standard interface 2 by storing tentatively a received data at a communication line of the transmission side to a buffer, and transmitting the data in the buffer to a communication line at the reception side by a transmission permitting signal from the transmitter of communication line at the reception side. CONSTITUTION:A reception circuit 7 of a transmitter 22 to the reception side of a transmission line 2 at the transmission side outputs a reception data RD and a carrier detecting signal CD; and the RD is stored tentatively in the buffer 9. On the other hand, a modulator-demodulator 31 for the transmission end in a reception side communication line 3 receives the signal CD from the reception circuit 7 as a transmission request signal RS' and a delay circuit 8 generates a transmission permitting signal CS' after a prescribed time. The signal CS' reads the data RD stored in the buffer 9 and the data RD goes to a transmission data SD' of the modulator-demodulator 31. |
