PURPOSE:To protect an oscillating member without reducing the regenerated- sound characteristic by installing a guard member having an opened-port part outside the opposed part to the oscillating member, onto one surface side of the oscillating member of an acoustic apparatus. CONSTITUTION:On one surface side of an oscillating member, a guard member 27 formed of a sealed flat surface part having a larger diameter than that of a panel 2 and a plurality of opened-port parts 26 formed intermittently between a plurality of leg parts 25 erected on the periphery of the flat surface part 24 is arranged, with said leg part 25 separated from an acoustic apparatus 1, in order to prevent the generation of chattering noise, etc. Said guard member 27 is formed integraly with the material which possesses the strength to sufficiently endure the load in the case when the load is set onto the above-described flat surface part 24. Therefore, even if a load is set onto a rear parcel shelf 15, the panel 2 can be protected by the guard member 7, and the regeneration of low noise is permitted without being damaged. |
