PURPOSE:To improve considerably the durability of a heater layer by making common use of one terminal part of the heater layer as a part of the lead wire to be connected to an electronic conductive layer and providing the juncture between the lead wire in the common use and one terminal part of the heater layer and the juncture to the electronic conductive layer in different positions. CONSTITUTION:The front end part of a lead wire 109a and the embedded base part of a lead wire 109c are electrically connected respectively via junctures 120 and 122 in a base plate 102. The electrical connection in this stage is accomplished by casting a paste contg. a conductive material into holes 100b, 110c and drying and sintering the same but the terminal part 103b side of the heater layer 103 connecting to the lead wire 109c has a curved shape averting 110c so as not to contact with the paste contg. the conductive material cast into the hole 110c so that the juncture 122 between the terminal part 103b and the lead wire 109c and the juncture 123 between the electronic conductive layer not shown and the lead wire 109c are provided in different positions. |
