PURPOSE:To perform adhesion without adhering dust by improving workability, by adhering a planar material and a molded article through a photo-crosslinkable responsive adhesive layer containing a photo-crosslinking sensitizer, and irradiating light from the molded article side to bring the exposed part of the adhesive layer to a non-sticky state. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive base polymer (e.g., ethyl acrylate), a photo-crosslinking sensitizer (e.g., benzophenone) and, if necessary, a photo-activatable crosslinking agent (e.g., ethylene glycol dimethacrylate), a crosslinking agent and a stickiness imparting agent are dissolved in an org. solvent. The resulting solution is applied to release paper and dried to form a sheet like photo-crosslinkable responsive adhesive layer. In the next step, a planer material (e.g., a metal plate) and a molded article are adhered through this adhesive layer and irradiated with light to bring the exposed part of the adhesive layer to a non-sticky state through photo-crosslinking to perform adhesion. |
