Triazole deriv. (I) [R=phenyl, 5-chloro-pyrid-2-yl; X = hydroxy, F, Cl, Br; R1, R2 = hydrogen, methyl, F; Het=1tetrazolyl, 2-tetrazolyl! is prepd. for use as an antibiotic. 50ml of toluene, 2.4g of 2-(2,4- dichloro phenyl)-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1ylmethyl)oxirane, 750mg of tetrazole and 360mg of bis(tri-n-butyl -stanyl)oxide are mixed and this mixt. is heated at 100≦̸C for 62 hrs to give 680mg of 2-(2,4- dichlorophenyl)-1-(tetrazol-2-yl)-3(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)propane-2-ol and 1.086g of 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1-(tetrazole-1-yl)-3-(1,2,4- triazole-1-yl)propane-2-ol.
