PURPOSE:To reduce the area occupied by the titled apparatus and to facilitate installation of the same, by mounting and fixing a generator and an internal combustion engine respectively on the upper support plate and the lower support plate of a support means disposed on the upper side and the lower side with a proper spacing from each other, and connecting each of the turning shafts of the generator and the engine with each other by a power transmitting member. CONSTITUTION:A frame-like support plate 2 opened at the front and rear sides and consiting of an upper and a lower pieces 201, 202 and a right and a left pieces 203, 204 is disposed in a longitudinal box-like casing 1 constituted by horizontal upper and lower pieces 101, 102 and a right and a left pieces 103, 104, etc. and it is fixed on the lower piece 102 by the intermediary of a vibration- damping rubber 207. A recoil starter type engine 3 is mounted and fixed to the lower piece 202 constituting the lower support bed of the support plate 2 while a generator 4 is mounted and fixed to the upper piece 201 constituting the upper bed of the support plate 2. Further, a cassette type fuel tank 6 is disposed by the side of the generator 4, and a belt 503 is wound around pulleys 501, 502 fixed respectively to the output shaft 307 of the engine 3 and the input shaft 407 of the generator 4 so as to enable to transmit the driving force. |
