PURPOSE:To prevent the flow of fluid from reversing into the vacuum pump by providing the mechanism having the function of non-return valve near a delivery port. CONSTITUTION:A spherical body 8 of an elastic material, which is provided with a diameter larger than an opening 6 in the pump as well as the inner diameter 7 of a delivery pipe 5 but smaller than a cylindrical delivery port 2 and freely movable in the cylindrical delivery port 2, is inserted between the cylindrical delivery port 2 having a tapered section 1 and the delivery pipe 5 having the tapered section 3 as well as a notched section 4 for securing a flow path. Accordingly, the flow of fluid may be prevented from reversing into the vacuum pump by the movement of the spherical body 8. |
