摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and the comformity of the entire network by controlling the initialization of the network and the new participation through the unconditional transmission of a priviledged frame and using the access control of the token system after the system is built up. CONSTITUTION:When the power is supplied to a transmitter connected to a transmission line 8 of a ring network, a main station declaration priviledged frame to a frame control circuit 14 via a token control circuit 12 from a microprocessor MPU11. The circuit 14 transmits unconditionally the main station declaration priviledged frame to the transmission line 8. The circuit 14 supervises whether or not any collision occurs in the transmission line 8 during the transmission of priviledged frame and when no collision exists, the circuit 12 transmits a token to the network to make the own device as a master station of the network and awaits the response from a slave station. When a collision is detected during the generation of priviledged frame, the absence of a communication data is awaited on the transmission line 8, a new participation declaration frame is transmitted to the transmission line 8, the participation is declared interruptedly to a network constitution node and the participation as a slave station is informed.
